Shipping Instructions for 1 - 9 Cell Phones

1. Deactivate your phones and turn off the power.
2. If you are including batteries, please attach to their corresponding phones.  
3. Include a maximum of three (3) batteries per package.* 
4. Pack your phones in the smallest envelope or box possible.
5. Please do not include chargers or accessories.
6. Detach the label (cut along dotted lines) and attach to the package.  Please fill out the "From Section."
7. Drop off the package at any Post Office or hand to any postal carrier. 

* USPS shipping regulations require a maximum of three (3) batteries per package.   If you are including more than 3 batteries, please use multiple copies of this label and mail multiple packages.
